Hi, I am Georgia a BACP registered counsellor.

As a Humanistic-Intergrative Counsellor, I believe that each person is unique, with their own way of processing their experiences and challenges. I understand that talking about your mental health can feel overwhelming and vulnerable, which is why I'm committed to providing a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space for you to explore what's on your mind.

Throughout my career, I've supported individuals through a variety of struggles, including bereavement, anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, self-harm, identity issues, low self-esteem, postnatal depression, and more. As a neurodivergent Counsellor, I bring a deep understanding of how to offer accessible, inclusive, and affirming sessions. I have years of experience working with neurodivergent individuals in both therapeutic and educational settings, which has helped me develop a flexible and adaptable approach that meets a variety of communication styles.

I also have significant experience working with women, particularly in addressing the emotional impact of chronic health conditions like Endometriosis and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, as well as supporting those on their fertility journey.

My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered as we work together toward a sense of balance and healing.
